Large Country Home with a Garage Mahal for an Entertainers Dream
Two story 2500 sq foot home built in 2019. The home is zero entry for wheelchair accessibility. Situated on 7 acres with plenty of wildlife to watch out the windows.
Attached garage has an epoxy floor, kitchen table, banquet table and chairs, refrigerator, wet bar and Smart TV. Wireless internet service is not available, however, the property has a data booster which assists to provide very good cell service for your personal mobile device hotspot to provide internet capability and works well for TV streaming apps.
Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, bowls, water glasses, coffee mugs, mixing/serving bowls, storage containers, silverware and serving utensils. Also has a gas stove/oven (convection), air fryer, dishwasher, sink disposal and refrigerator. Large live edge island with seating.
The living room has a couch, love seat and recliner along with another Smart TV to allow for streaming via your mobile phone hotspot.
Two bedrooms on the main level (1 king bed in each) and two bedrooms on the upper level (1 with 3 queen beds and 2 double beds and the other with 1 queen and 2 singles). Both bathrooms are on the main level and each have a full tile walk in shower and each have a hairdryer. Towels and linens are included along with LG washer and dryer.
Blazers Bar and Grill is only 2 miles away with a hearty nightlife and great bar food.
The property is 20 minutes to Iola Car Show grounds. 50 minutes to EAA Convention grounds. 50 minutes to Green Bay.
