Great view across Lake Champlain! Very close to Fort Ticonderoga, and the public beach. It is not overly friendly for someone who walks with a cane. It is partly my fault for not looking for handicap property listings. Michele was pretty quick getting back to us with questions and concerns.

Amazing Getaway

The house was very clean & well appointed! Group of us were in the area for a wedding, plenty of room & wonderful accommodations! Michelle was so great, one of our party left some items in the house after checkout & Michelle went out of her way to make sure we got them back! Highly highly recommend this place!

Good location

Nice clean house. Very close to Fort Ticonderoga, the Star Trek TV series sets and museum, and nice restaurants. An hour away from white water rafting on the Indian and Hudson Rivers. Had a great time.

I couldn't have asked for a better set of owners with a better property. Any questions I had were addressed so fast that I nearly felt bad. Now that's quality service. I absolutely loved the place. To be completely honest, I wish I could pack right up and drive right back. The location? Stellar. The view? Almost as charming as my wives smile. The layout? Fantastic. If you love a VRBO spot that has a Supercenter, Gas Station, Coffee (America Runs on), Endless fishing, A bar, and views that never end. Pick this place. A front deck that was occupied by 6 men and was begging for more people because it was so spacious with a grill that fired right up. A quiet spot on the side with a firepit that perfectly harnessed the feeling of a good old fire. A staircase that I couldn't imagine that property without. A dining room that couldn't wait for the next meal. A kitchen with more than I've seen any AirBnB or VRBO have before. (I couldn't shut up about it. I yelled about it. Passionately). A giant living room that never felt crowded. Bedrooms and Bathrooms that never felt like a quick AirBnB setup. It was a phenomenal home that harnessed 3 incredible views: Lake Champlain. THE Fort Ticonderoga itself. Mother nature herself everywhere else. Oh.. and HOW COULD I FORGET THE LEGENDARY FRONT ROW SEATS TO THE TRAIN!!! In terms of repeat VRBO business, Michelle, Doug and this property are keepers. Great people, great spot. Just remember this: leave it how you found it. They ROCK! Thank you!
