It is a great hotel and the service people are very nice and helpful. We had to cancel some days that we had booked already due to the family situation change, the front desk girl Celine helped us to process that and we are very grateful.

We had a room with beautiful view of Hehai when the staff knew we came to China to celebrate my husband's birthday. Staff had been very helpful with info on restaurants and places of interest, directions, etc. Housekeeper was responsive to our request to change bedsheet and pillow cases and she worked extremely well and fast. Tim sum and other dishes in Shang Palace were yummy and commendable👍 Overall experience was excellent and will recommend to friends/families when they visit Tianjin!
