Διαθέτει πόρτα ασφαλείας και κουφώματα ασφαλείας σε όλους τους χώρους. Η θέρμανση του γίνεται με φύσικο αέριο και για αυτό υπάρχει ζεστό νερό 24 ώρες χωρίς καμία ενέργεια από τον επισκέπτη. Ο κλιμαστισμός γίνεται με a/c 12btu, hisense και δεύτερο στο υπνοδωμάτιο.

H κουζίνα διαθέτει ψυγειοκαταψυκτή 2 μέτρων,φούρνο, εστίες κεραμικές, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων , βραστήρα, krups espresso μηχανή, μηχανή καφέ φίλτρου και πλήρη εξοπλισμό από πιάτα, ποτήρια , πηρούνια κτλ. Το μπάνιο είναι 10 τετραγωνικά μέτρα, ευρύχωρο , με μεγάλη ντουζιέρα και αποθηκευτικούς χώρους. Σε ένα από αυτούς βρίσκεται το πλυντήριο. Τέλος για έναν ήσυχο ύπνο, το δωμάτιο είναι απομονωμένο και χωριστό από τους άλλους χώρους και μακριά από την πρόσοψη του διαμερίσματος, ενώ έχει τοποθετηθεί τηλεόραση 32ιντσών smart, Samsung με δωρεάν NETFLIX .
