Apartment is covered with mold. There was a cockroach and smelled like cigarettes. There was no coffee maker or tea pot, no iron as advertised. Sent message to owner but no reply for 3 days.

Renovated apartment downtown Thessaloniki

Property details stated 2 beds, and that’s what we selected. Apartment was very clean and recently renovated, but only had one bed. It did have an old sofa bed in bad condition, with no linens to be used on it. I shared pictures of the tattered sofa with the peoperty contact upon arrival.

It was horrible, no reception, no mail before my arrived with all the code that I needed to open the door, see my room etc… no Helpline. I need to have your urgency line to have the direct line of the hotel. It was the baddest travel that I never did. I would like to ask you to retire the hotel of your list. They not deserved to be on your plateforme.

Very nice location. Apartment is nice and has all you need. It could be cleaner though. Eventhough it says check in at 3pm I recieved the check in instructions 1 hour later. But nevertheless a good choice for a short coty trip.

This was probably the worst stay I ever had. The shower did not have a door (it was completely broken), the ceiling was full with mold, the WiFi did not work, the bed was uncomfortable and we could not sleep because of the noise. I booked the apartment from Expedia so I tried to contact them to help me with the problem of the apartment but they also could not reach out to the hotel itself. I had to change the apartment after 1 night because it was just terrible.
