Our family of 6 travel every thanksgiving weekend. Some years we visit Blue Mountain, sometimes Niagara on the Lake etc. We always rent through other online booking sites . This year we tried VRBO. The pics of the house looked great. The description stated we “would be astounded by this luxurious property”. The night before our stay I had not heard from the host. I messaged asking for check in info and address. He messaged back with the address & the wrong dates. We received the right info and went on our way the next evening. It was after 8 pm when we arrived Inside and we realized the house was quite run down and not luxurious as described. The kitchen had black appliances and not white as the pics showed. The rooms were all mirror images of the pics online and with different accents. The rooms were nice but the bathrooms were run down with mold in some places. I messaged the host the next morning and told him this is not the place we rented. He replied it’s the same place. The blinds were changed to curtains. Also the listing mentioned there was a hot tub on the property and there wasn’t. The host said the hot tub was a community one by the pool. We saw no pool and hot tub and there was nothing left by the host that communicated where we would find one. Also not communicated to us was the fact there was outdoor construction going on. Workmen were outside our windows working. The host said they were outside and would not bother us. If I could I would give zero stars.

Good location, just a 9-minute walk to the village. The view of the hills from the unit was great. The spacious townhouse comfortably accommodated 6 adults. We appreciated the large dining table and living room, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus.However, there were some limitations. For instance, only one parking spot is assigned to the unit, and the small shared visitor parking area was already full during our stay. If you arrive with more than one car, this could be an issue. Additionally, exposed electric wires and TV cables on the floor made it unsafe for infants and toddlers. The living room's wooden table was nice but not ideal for young children walking around it. Some kitchenware wasn't thoroughly cleaned, but we were able to clean it before use, so it wasn’t a major problem. The host could be more responsive; communication felt automated, and inquiries went unanswered. Also, while the listing mentioned a hot tub, it turned out to be a jetted tub in the master bedroom.Overall, I’d rate this property 4 out of 5 for its great location and spaciousness. I would consider staying here again.

Nice place to stay. Spacious & clean. Just a little issue with hot water, Its like the hot waters was on timer. Overall very nice place to stay. Close to the village & resort. Amazing mountain views. Thank you.
