bad experience

i made my reservation, had everything ready, when i arrived at the hotel they told me they did have my reservation but no rooms available, so i couldnt stay there. So even though i booked in advanced i was left with no hotel room for me and my family. this was a terrible experience to deal with, specially after i made everything in advanced with this web page.

Very nice, small, clean hotel in downtown Texcoco, close to everything. No restaurant, no coffee at room. No windows, no amenities. Use it to sleep only, Parking lot available. Check in and out very friendly.
