Hola estuvo super mal mi estancia no vuelvo a regresar me dieron una habitación que no pedí, muy pequeña, camas super incomodas y me cobraron lo mismo, el hotel esta muy lejos y solo. No hay señal, el internet del hotel es muy malo no llega a las habitaciones.

La propiedad es súper bonita y está muy bien cuidada. El servicio es impecable por parte de todo el personal. Jorge el gerente es súper atento. El único detalle fue que batallamos con el agua de la regadera, nunca pudimos obtenerla templada: o demasiado caliente o muy fría. Fuera de eso es una experiencia completamente recomendable, repetiría sin duda

Villlas Mexiko está a sólo 10min del Centro de Tepoztlán y resultó ser una excelente opción para disfrutar tranquilamente de la belleza natural de la zona. Es un espacio cuya amplitud se magnifica con una vista de 360 grados de los Cerros de Tepoztlán. Estando ahí disfrutas, descansas y te relajas con un majestuoso escenario al rededor. Sus hermosas Villas independientes construidas con gusto arquitectónico están rodeadas de áreas verdes y enormes árboles. Cuenta con una linda alberca, fuentes, canchas de tenis, temazcal, spa para masajes, actividades como senderismo, etc. Todo el personal es muy atento, amable y te hacen sentir en casa. En fin, nuestra estancia fue muy grata y por supuesto será nuestro hospedaje obligado al ir a Tepoztlán.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibieron con un cálido detalle: un mezcal para cada uno (¡y muy bueno, por cierto!). La hospitalidad se sintió desde el primer instante. Nos llevaron a nuestra habitación, y para nuestra sorpresa, parecía la más hermosa del lugar. El sitio es simplemente de ensueño. Las cabañas de piedra tienen un encanto especial: mantienen una temperatura perfecta, el calor no se siente y, por la noche, aunque corre una brisa ligera, no hace frío en absoluto. Es un lugar donde realmente se puede descansar y conectar con la naturaleza. Un detalle importante: no hay señal ni internet dentro de las cabañas, solo en la cocina comunitaria y, a veces, cuando sales afuera. Esto puede ser una ventaja si buscas desconectarte y disfrutar realmente del entorno. Hablando de la cocina, es comunitaria y bien equipada, con vasos, cubiertos y refrigerador disponible para los huéspedes, lo cual es muy conveniente. Pero lo que más me robó el corazón es que son Pet Friendly. Es un espacio ideal para que los perritos disfruten tanto como nosotros, así que en mi próximo viaje, definitivamente llevaré a mi perrita. Mención especial para Jorge, quien nos brindó un trato excepcional. Siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada y dándonos excelentes recomendaciones para explorar los alrededores. Definitivamente, Villas Mexiko es un lugar al que quiero regresar. ¡Si estás buscando una experiencia mágica y una verdadera desconexión, este es el sitio perfecto!

Falta señalizacion para llegar al lugar, el concepto de recepcion me confundio, tiene un aire mas de oficina que de recepcion de servicio de hospitalidad; las areas verdes muy bien cuidadas, son espaciosas y muy agradables; mi mascota corrió tanto como pudo; la alberca de buen tamaño, un plus si estuviera climatizada; la habitacion con cama matrimonial necesita mantenimiento en puertas y paredes, huele a humedad, no hay suficiente ventilacion; hace falta un ventilador de techo o aire acondicionado, cambiar el color de los azulejos en regadera por un tono claro, las amenidades del baño de poca calidad; faltan colgadores para trajes de baño; las lamparas de noche no te ayudan por si quieres leer; el desayuno muy bueno así como la atención del anfitrion, siempre se mostro muy accesible.
