Pool area was closed and not properly stated at the time of booking. Still getting charged a resort fee?? For what? Even Denied a late check out . Hotel is probably at 10% capacity. Never staying here again

The employees were very nice and very helpful. All the way from check in to having dinner at their restaurants and breakfast at their cafe. They have a new italian restaurant.That is very beautiful and yeah, we didn't get a chance to eat there, but it sure looked nice from outside and the menu was great. The prices for the room were good and they were moustacious and very very clean.

Low rise commode

It was perfect. Only complaint I have is the toilets are way to low. I suffer from knee arthritis and being their toilets are extremely low my arthritis knees were in excruciating pain after 3 days.

Not a big choice of restaurants but i do know more to open. Doesn't seem to be enough staff on the casino floor. Machines not working and some table games not open.

I won't stay again. I arrived after 5pm and was not able to check in and was told my room was not ready yet when check in time is 4pm. Then when I finally got up to my room there was a leak in the ceiling so I could not use the bathtub because it was catching the water that was leaking from the roof above my room. When I asked for another room I was told I would have to pay for an upgrade as there were no others available. Then in the morning when I asked for a late checkout I was told I would be charged $35 an hour for every hour after 11am despite not being able to access my room until after 6pm and having a leak in my room which dripped all night and I could not use the bathtub. I had a great experience at the casino but I will not be paying over $400 a night to stay at the hotel again.

Some of the check point security staff was unnecessarily pushy. Obnoxiously trying to "prove who has the authority." Other than that it was what it was supposed to be.
