We live in Californian and assumed outdoor pools at Resorts were always open but not here. We arrived ready to hang by the pool and it was CLOSED!!! Very upsetting for my sisters bday celebration. They stated it’s on the website but you have to go to the tab designated for the pool to find out and not everyone goes to each tab on a website to get status of each restaurant, dept etc…as a Resort that still charged us the Resort fee but didn’t have the pool (a Resort Amenity) open was not only an inconvenience but an unjustified fee. The rooms were very nice and a good size as well as the surrounding outside area, valet wasn’t available when we arrived so we self parked. As for the Casino, it is very old. You feel like you’re in a different Resort casino while gambling because it doesn’t fit the rest of the Hotel.

Worst experience I have ever had at an establishment. Never will I come here ever again. Mia and Justin need to be trained on how to treat customers. Our room wasn’t ready upon arrival and that was fine, no big deal. Mia said we would be contacted when the room was available. Waited in the lobby for 44 minutes and when I went to go back in line Mia went to the back when she saw I was up next in line, Justin was the person to help us when she left, and told us our room was already ready, and he gave me attitude when I told him we weren’t notified. I understand it’s a busy valentines weekend but to top it off and our room smells like smoke, the room doesn’t look at all like the pictures and our blinds don’t work. The smell is horrendous and the hospitality was no where to be found. Will not recommend to anyone and will tell my family to tell their friends and families to stay away from this dump.

Room was very spacious and clean overall service in the hotel was great restaurant close at 11. We got there like 1030 and they still let us sit in and have dinner. It wasn’t rushed or anything just great overall casino has a lot of slot machines bar areas overall great place to stay.
