Westermere 410 is a spacious, comfortably furnished condo conveniently located in Mountain Village Core. Step outside to enjoy incredible mountain views and easy access to the world-class dining and shopping in Mountain Village. Or take a two or three-minute walk to Lift 4 of the Telluride Ski Resort, or stroll another several yards to the free gondola that connects Mountain Village to the town of Telluride. In just 12 minutes, you have access to the town of Telluride too. This an incredibly convenient location whether you want to hit the slopes, head to a festival, or witness the beautiful change in colors in the fall.

The condo offers up a spacious, open-concept living area. With a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and a dining table , there is plenty of room for everyone in your group. The office includes a spacious work desk and chair, perfect for remote workers and students. There's also a loft space with an en suite bathroom. Enjoy the gas fireplace while watching a good movie on the large TV in the living area. Later, head out to the deck to enjoy the impeccable mountain views while you grill up something tasty on the BBQ. This home is complete with garage parking and easy access to the Latitude 38 clubhouse just across the way, where you can enjoy complimentary snacks and coffee, or take advantage of a reserved ski locker.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
