Our Manitoulin Stay

We were extremely pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and all the modern conveniences provided in the cottage. We had not anticipated all the kitchen appliances and cookware, etc. to be so plentiful and brought way too much stuff with us. The condition of the cottage was A-1 and there were no defects in anything. The seating and furniture and beds were plentiful and comfortable both indoors and outdoors. The information folder was pleasant to read and extremely informative, both about the cottage and the surrounding area. It was an overall GREAT experience and will definitely attempt another stay here in the future. A great big thank you to our Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was very neatly organized, and it has all the amenities and essentials. This is one of the best cottages we’ve experienced. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway on Manitoulin Island.

Lovely clean, spacious home

Everything was great in this super clean and spacious house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would keep at home. If you have a keurig, bring some pods. While we were there (June), the mosquitos are abundant so pack your deet. The location is very close to the ferry (15min) and also handy to easily access all areas of the island. We explored a lot in our 2 days and found it to be fairly central and convenient home base. If you’re on the island Aurora hunting, there are some amazing, dark and scenic spots within 15min to take photos should the opportunity arise!

Cottage weekend

Very clean and quiet cottage. Has all the amenities you need in the house. Location was a 40 minute drive from our family reunion each way but that is to be expected! Will book here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

Second time staying here. Karen is very responsive, organized and friendly. We stayed with our kids and family visiting from Ecuador. The place is comfortable and clean. It’s located on a quiet dead end street and is a short drive from the ferry, beaches, stores and riding stables. The kids love it on Manitoulin Island. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Peaceful and beautiful vacation

Very peaceful place with 3 bedrooms cottage which made it comfortable for group of 6 people. Very lovely and great size deck to enjoy our meals. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cooking essential. The location was few minutes from bays and beaches. I really liked the communication with the owner. It was very easy, friendly and immediate. I would highly recommend staying in here. Silvie & family

We enjoyed the property as it was well equipped in the kitchen area, comfortable couches big windows. Host was quick and responsive. The unit certainly can have some cosmetic improvement done but condition is satisfactory

Great Stay

Host was very friendly, informative and responsive. The place was spacious and clean and close to everything we were looking for and only about 15min from the ferry as advertised. Arrival was smooth and the stay was comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Quiet, peaceful location!

We had a lovely vacation renting this home, perfect for our family of 6! Its a very quiet and peaceful spot which made eating outdoors a pleasure... especially with a lovely deck to be on! Providence Bay Beach was about 14min and a beautiful location to enjoy! The owners were great to communicate with and always responded promptly with any questions we had, I would highly recommend staying here😊
