The apartment on the first floor has a beautiful balcony, a separate bedroom and living area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private shower / WC and Full HD flat screen SAT TVPreisnachlass in low season 15% (except holidays)

The Gästehaus Schiffmann has been in family ownership for over 100 years. The family atmosphere and the personal service, which our numerous regular guests especially appreciate, are appreciated. The location of our Geästehaus is ideal, because central to the center of Rottach-Egern and lake, but still very quiet in a private dead end by the stream. You can easily reach everything on foot and the bus stop is only 200 meters away. We want our guests to feel at home in our cozy Bavarian furnished apartments. Included with us: The Tegernsee Card.  NOTE: Due to a non-registered construction site of the neighboring community Rottach-Egern for the flood protection at the river Rottach there is currently noise pollution in our house! We ask you to pay attention and apologize!Your family Schiffmann
