"I booked this room for my son's graduation the front desk spoke to my child very rude very disrespectful basically told him he couldn't chec im the room I PAID FOR TD HIM TO LEAVE THE HOTEL MY SON STAYED THERE FOR PROM NO PROBLEMS However weeks later refused check in cause he was 18yrs which if it's policy I understand but to say get out lobby never tried to contact me or refund my money"
