Hidden behind native trees and established gardens, this charming 1920s two-storey character home offers comfort, privacy and a peaceful sanctuary to unwind right in Te Kuiti – just minutes from the town centre and a short drive to Waitomo Caves.
Enjoy the quiet garden surroundings, birdlife, open lawn areas, and the calming, retreat-like feel of this historic home. With cosy timber interiors, generous living spaces, and room for up to 8 guests, it’s perfect for families, couples, small groups, or anyone wanting a relaxing base while exploring the region.
Spacious and welcoming, this home offers plenty of room to relax. Upstairs features two bedrooms and a cosy rumpus/lounge area, while downstairs includes two additional bedrooms, a light-filled living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, a separate formal dining room for extra guests, a relaxing bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, and two separate toilets.
