We stayed in a Motel Studio at Te Anau Top 10 Holiday Park and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private bath/hot tub that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly, let us check-in early and even let us store our luggage after checkout, which was super helpful. But the highlight of our stay was meeting Ollie - the sweetest, most charming cat who made us smile every time he visited. He truly stole the show! A lovely and memorable stay overall—highly recommend!

Wasn’t happy with the en-suite room I was given due to fridge not working and smelled a bit off . Also someone’s yogurt was left in the broken down fridge that didn’t help . Other than that fine . But I would not recommend based on my experience

The property is located in town which is great. However, the room was all windows and people walking by could easily see in. I think it was a conference room beforehand. There are no power sockets near the beds. The kitchen is great but with no cooking equipment or utensils. They are only for hire.

Room has everything needed as most days are spent at the sounds. Beds were comfortable and has sufficient kitchen facilities for a short stay. Shower curtain could be longer to reach floor to prevent bathroom floor being covered in water after each shower. Property location is great for Dining, Shops and Tours. Would stay again

I booked this accommodation, going in with the expectation that it would be just an “okay” stay (due to it being a holiday park and based on my experience staying in holiday parks elsewhere), but both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed with our stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The holiday park is within just a couple minutes walk of the cute town center. Amenities (like the laundry room, for example) were great too! The only things to maybe be aware of are that the TV isn’t a smart one (and only has a few channels), and it’s a bit noisy with people walking up and down the walkway in front of each unit, but that’s to be expected with a holiday park. We’d absolutely stay here again!
