The staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful and professional. My first stay was in Tbilisi, and I encountered an issue with the cab driver who brought me from the airport. While it wasn’t their responsibility, the hotel team stepped in and resolved the situation for me. This hotel superseded my expectations. Great customer service, everyone was attentive, kind and so helpful, from the housekeeping staff to the reception. The restaurant was amazing and service impecable as well. Many thanks to Luka, Luka, Katy’s, and Lana from reception and restaurant. In all honesty, this Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Be assured that the rooms and hotel are actually as shoen in the pictures. I have Cleanliness OCD and I had nothing to worry about in this Hotel as room service comes daily and makes your room spick and span. The rooms, the food and the service were all 10 on 10. I recommended this Hotel to my relatives and friends. Its so convenient as it is in walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The service is very fast, you can get anything you want very easily as the staff is always on the go.

My cousin and I had the best time at this hotel, they really went above and beyond in every way. The location is superb; we found it very easy to walk or get to various landmarks and various tour operators are based a 5 min walk from the hotel, and the area feels very safe. The breakfast is perfect: a broad selection which includes local food and we thought it offered more variety than the standard continental breakfast you get at other hotels. The staff were always extremely helpful and lovely. The room and facilities were great and the rooftop bar was a lovely place to relax. I honestly could not fault anything and had a very comfortable and happy stay there. The icing on the cake was that I had my birthday during my stay and the hotel arranged a surprise for me which was so so lovely of them, I will always remember and cherish that. If I visit Tbilisi again I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Great property. Excellent, professional, helpful staff. In old town, easy walk to anything of interest. If you want to stay in the historic area, you can't do better that this hotel. Breakfast is nice but overpriced.

A week in Tbilissi

Always good to go to the Mercure. Close to the old town and amenities. It has the restaurant and the roof top. Would like the gym to open earlier than 0700 to accommodate before going to work. Good breakfast.

The staff was great! The location was excellent and it also had a very nice parking lot next to the property. Breakfast was really good too, with a variety of food. The rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!
