This is a lovely comfortable space in a not so lovely location. The unit was spotless, modern, great linens, comfy bed, right by Interstate Park and had everything we needed. We appreciated the efficient washer/dryer (soap provided!) However, the only electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working, nor was the light over the stove (dark for cooking). We were there just one night so we did not report that till checkout. Unfortunately, the location is at a busy highway junction and across from a brightly lit gas station. Even so, the unit seemed well insulated and it was pretty quiet during sleeping hours. We were there on a fall weekday so there was little activity in town. If you want to be in-town next to restaurants and shops and don't mind some road noise this is your place. My main complaint regards check-in. We were sent an old unit entry code (which was quickly addressed via a phone call) and told that the outside door to the 4 units was usually not locked (true since we entered the wrong code for that door but got in anyway). Taylor's Falls may be the safest place ever but the outside entry is at the back in a parking lot and there are two blind corners in the hallway. Also, when I called for the correct entry code the host was surprised, as she thought we were booked for the next day (no, and I'm glad the unit had been cleaned), so had not stocked the snacks (not a problem for us).
