This was my third stay at this property, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst. Roadworks: I was not informed in advance about the major road construction right in front of the motel. If I had known, I would have chosen not to stay this time. Wi-Fi: The internet connection was extremely unstable and much slower than in my previous visits. I could not attend an important online meeting and had to move to a café instead. Cleaning/Service: By 3 p.m., the room was still not ready, meaning the in-room spa could not be used on time. For a property that sets 3 p.m. as the check-in time, this was very disappointing. Overall, I found the management response unhelpful and not sincere. I hope improvements can be made, but I cannot recommend this place as it stands.

The property was nice and clean. Staff were very helpful. The outdoor pools were also clean and very appealing and private. It would be great if you didnt hear the other people in the next door unit walking around early in the morning and late at night. Good parking and an easy property to locate. Thank you 😊

The property is very dated. The TV wasn't a smart TV so only standard Freeview channels available. Only 1 coffee bag supplied in the room. The only good thing about the stay was the shower pressure, amazing! Not great value for your money.

We had a room with a hot tub. It was great! Having your own private pool is perfect for a getaway. We did notice some areas lacking in cleanliness, such as dust on skirting boards and behind things. The room was also cold when we arrived, which was not ideal in August. Would stay again though.

Every staff member we met was absolutely lovely very friendly very helpful. The room was clean and tidy and kept reasonably up to date as per 90% of accommodation the bed was slightly too firmed for my liking but all in all no complaints

We booked the room with the mineral pool out the back. What a treat - such luxury to fill the pool with hot water and soak whenever we wanted to. Room very clean. Good bed. Slept well. A/C was struggling - think it needed the filters cleaned but there was no one on reception to talk to when we left.
