A cozy Chalet with great sea views, FREE WIFI
Stunning Villa located in one of the most peaceful and exclusive areas of the Atlanterra Urbanisation, next to the Germans' Beach in Zahara de los Atunes, where one can enjoy an incredible view of the Camarinal Lighthouse and on clear days, the African continent can be perfectly seen.
This villa has a built area of 170 m2, on a plot of 2,000 m2.
It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, terrace and excellent covered porch.
The spacious covered porch divides the house into two parts; the main part has a very cosy living room with a fireplace on the ground floor, dining area, complete kitchen, very bright, with all appliances and a toilet. On the upper floor, it has a master bedroom with bathroom and another with a double bed and a superb terrace to enjoy the wonderful nights of Atlanterra outdoors.
On the other side of the porch, there is a spacious and independent bedroom with a bathroom, with views of the house's garden and sea views. Very comfortable and private, as it remains completely independent from the rest of the house.
Your wonderful garden offers us an incomparable place for rest, with hammocks, private pool (3 x 8), with outdoor shower (cold / hot), which invites a refreshing bath. At the back of the house there is a barbecue with a beautiful stone table with benches, which together with the large, fully covered porch, used as a living room and dining room, will make your stay in this house pleasant and very comforting.
Next to the Camarinal Lighthouse, there is a path, Camarinal Lighthouse-Bolonia, from where the wide beach of fine and golden sand can be seen, little transformed and frequented by surfers, and the Baelo Claudia Archaeological Site, declared a National Historic Monument, this Roman factory-city surprises by its state of conservation.
A true paradise where you will enjoy unforgettable days of rest! Highly recommended for families!
