On a plot of approximately 1,860 m², this elegant classic-style villa has 255 m² built, surrounded by a spacious garden with a swimming pool (10x4 m), ideal for relaxing and enjoying good weather. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a natural stone entrance with space for several vehicles and a private two-car garage. Inside, a cosy hall leads to the different rooms, all distributed on a single floor for greater comfort.



The fully equipped kitchen has a large central island and a dining area with wooden beams, perfect for sharing special moments. The living room, with a two-pitched roof and wooden beams, stands out for its large marble fireplace and cream ivory floor, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.



The rest area offers three double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, bathtub and shower.

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and direct access to a covered porch, where you can enjoy pleasant outdoor evenings with outdoor furniture.
