The layout of the property is beautiful, quiet, restful, full of nature and quite nice. The room is large, but could use some additional appointments like an extra sitting chair or sofa (and places to hang towels). The staff was friendly and very interested in meeting all needs. I recommend this spa, but don’t come in with a 5-star expectation. It is a very nice 4-star.

Beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and professional. The property itself seems to need some work. Stall door and locks in some ladies bathrooms were broken. The restaurant is amazing. We had really delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Very highly recommend the S’mores dessert on the dinner menu.

I stayed here for a solo trip for my first trip to Taos on my birthday. My stay here has got to be one of the best experiences I’ve had! I’ve stayed at boujie hotels in several cities before but the level of customer service here outdoes them all!! They made me feel so VIP and even welcomed me with a birthday card and goodies, such a great personal touch! From the moment I arrived I was always greeted by my name and that goes a VERY long way on its own! One of the best experiences and customer service I have encountered! I was very sad to leave but I am excited to visit again in the future!
