Great location but note the below
I value these reviews so much. Notes: location is fabulous / owners respond quickly / house needs a good cleaning / plates, cups, pots in the cabinets needed cleaning before use (some really need to be disposed of) / coffee machine worked bring your own filters / bathroom was very dimly lit and the sink drained water extremely slow which needs to addressed / pool table old & could not be leveled we tried / no instructions on how to get the TVs to work / multiple garbage bags from other renters were left Outside not sure where the outside bin was to place our garbage so we left ours there too / water pump in basement was spraying water from tape used to repair it - owner responded quickly when we reported this and advised us to pull the plug on it. We made the best of the stay and were very pleased with the location just want other families to be aware
