We have stayed at this property previously but in a different condo. We checked in and the room was recently updated and looked very nice. Unfortunately the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. It is supposed to be a smoke free property and not wanting to stay there smelling that or getting blamed for it I went to the front desk and advised them. I was told that they could put me in the room next door. That room was not renovated and was very outdated. The bed was like a brick, the shower was chest level with most of the water running out the lower tub spout, the finish was peeling off of the tub and the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned forever. I inquired if there would be a price difference and there was not so we paid for an upgraded room and got an old one. Evidently when we previously rented it was through a private owner but this time was through the hotel. If you chose to stay at this location you may wnat to look for private owners for better amenities. The location is good for why we travel to Tampa which is why we stayed here but we will most likely not return
