The host was proactive and attentive. Instructions were clear and she was available via text, which we appreciated. She was very responsive. The house was a great size for our family of 4 and the kitchen well appointed for cooking. Plenty of linens. We enjoyed the game room in the garage. It felt like a real home and not a rental. One downside for us was the floors were not cleaned/mopped in the living areas. Our kids play on the floor. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Alma has thought of everything here. The whole house was well appointed with more than enough towels and toiletries, kitchen supplies and appliances. We were here for an extended stay because of an employment move. Our family of six was so comfortable throughout. The game room garage was obviously their favorite and provided some great family time. The showers all had impressive water pressure. The whole house was clean and well taken care of. The backyard grill area provided a great private oasis as well. The house is close to EVERYTHING: all the restaurants, the Tampa stadiums, downtown nightlife, convention center, and attractions. Alma was super responsive to questions, and was super accommodating when we unexpectedly had to extend our stay significantly. Nothing but great things to say about our stay.

Beautiful Home

Our stay was very good. I would have given 5 but there were so many air fresheners that made us wonder what smell are they trying to hide. My family suffer with allergies and they were an issue. We didn't want to trash them so we put them in the closet. I recommend a digital key box. Beautiful home lots of space, close to shopping and very close to my relatives. Hopefully it's available our next family gatherings.

Brandon visit

Winter Getaway w/ Family & Friends

We stayed for a long weekend before Xmas and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was as they said it was and more. Spring Wedding

We stayed here with family for our daughter’s wedding. It was everything I had hoped for. Very comfortable and close to everything we needed.
