I arrived to my room after check in, my bathroom shower was missing a shower curtain and then my toilet was not working. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager, Chris said they didn’t have one on site. He refused to give me his number and Instead he proceeded to say he will be on property tomorrow. I drove 3 hours for an event but I will not be staying here again. Very unorganized and inconvenient.

Bedding totally unsatisfactory. Bed lumpy and not conducive to rest. Both my wife and me arose each morning with back pain. On checkout, desk clerk said "couldn't be - the mattress is only one year old". She did not connect with Hotel Manager. This writeup can also be found on Facebook.

The so-called free "breakfast" was a joke! It supposedly is served until 10 AM but I was in the breakfast area at 9:20 and there were no eggs, no milk, no half & half, no bagels. Just dry raisin bread and some unappetizing looking sausages!

The “continental breakfast” was actually a full breakfast and was excellent the two days of my stay. It was very delicious and plentiful. Also, we arrived earlier than our 3:00 check-in and the staff was very cooperative in getting our room ready without much delay
