It took the house technicians 2 hours to determine that we needed a NEW ac and thermostat. If we had known that it was going to take this long, we would have moved our room. Also, there were no hooks in the room, nothing on the walls and it lacked adequate lighting.' Weve been going to Marriott for years and this is not what we expected. Stay somewhere else!
