Jessica, the manager at Best Western checked me in and I have to say she is amazing. She was very personable and helpful, but what was most exceptional about her hospitality was that she seemed to anticipate my requests and automatically started solving for them. I was traveling with my 13 year old lab who has bad hips, as soon as I mentioned this Jessica immediately switched my room to a first floor room and mentioned a medication that her dog really improved on and suggested I ask my vet about it. She even sent me the exact name afterwards. Jessica is a star.

Our room was fine,, and the bed was comfortable. However, the Jacuzzi tub did not work. The breakfast was not good. The sausage looked like it was about 10 days old and burnt. The eggs and potatoes were also old and gross. Going out for breakfast next time.
