We've stayed at this property many times over the years but this is our first with the new owner Evergreen. We loved the interior updates. Very nice and comfy and clean. Staff very friendly as always. Everything worked well. Breakfast has changed with only coffee and pastries available for purchase. I had an excellent Americano coffee with speedy service but was looking for higher protein options. The Evergreen is still a great lodging option, the best in McCall for us, and we'll be back.
Friendly staff, clean hotel, huge hot tub, and good pool. We stayed in a newly renovated room that was very comfortable. Beds and pillows were very comfortable also. Would definitely stay again. Only improvement could be a few more options at breakfast, however, breakfast was still pleasant.

McCall is an outdoor wonderland. Hiking, boating, golfing.
The room was very comfortable, clean and nicely up to date. Tv was nice, plenty of channels, view out window was nice. Had a desk and chair plus and over sized chair with ottoman to lounge in. Newspaper every day and breakfast was very nice. Hot cocoa, coffee, eggs, sausage, fruits, pancakes, cereals and more.
I booked a jacuzzi room and when I went to check in, I wasn't put in one. I asked to change because I called and confirmed it with them that I had the jacuzzi room and they didn't have any available. I came to enjoy my stay in McCall and that kind of messed things up.
The room had comfortable furniture. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The sink drain was a little slow. The room was quiet even with several other guests close by. I got a good nights sleep.
The hotel and staff were very nice. We went there in the middle of the week and most of the snow sculptures were covered with snow or plastic and not easy to tell what they were. Theywere not taken care of except on weekends of the festival. So if you go, hit the weekend.

We stayed at this hotel during winter carnival, and it was fully booked, but it certainly did not feel like it. The rooms were very clean and spacious, felt like it was almost brand new. I really appreciated that they offered onsite laundry facilities, having 4 young kids playing in the wet snow! The pool area was huge, clean and very relaxing. It never felt crowed, even on Saturday evening when it was very busy in the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent and well stocked. My only complaint was that I wish they would offer more fruit and protein options. They only offered bananas, and the second and third days only offered biscuits and gravy instead of sausage, however, they did have scrambled and hard boiled eggs. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone going to McCall!
