The owner gave us real milk in a glass container to have with our coffee/tea. Great location. Near Tairua Beach club restaurant!

Great location, really beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area. Beach right across the road. Quiet and chilled place, relaxing to have a holiday there or pass through. We only stayed one night. Newly decorated, nice unit. Clean and had what we needed. Bedroom had amazing views of the sea. Easy check in and friendly staff. Was kindly lent a spade to go to Hot Water Beach. Given helpful info about places nearby. Only negative was that I was told the sofa bed was very comfortable, but 2 adults struggled a bit to sleep on it, because apparently some kids must have been stepping on it and it had bent out of shape. Sofa bed needs fixing or replacing. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The host was awesome. We stayed here the first part of our journey and there was a huge storm where we were inside a lot. The room was a comfortable little apartment with a kitchenette. The host let us know where in town we could eat and get snacks. The town was really cute once the storm blew over. Highly recommend.

easy check in. amazing, spacious and clean room. Beach is literally across the road from the lodge. My room had stunning sunset views over the beach, it was lovely. The shower was really good as well - strong water pressure and hot temp. No issues with the wifi either, it was speedy as.

The location was really nice. The unit was spacious and clean. Parking was on site . Somehow we had a ton of bugs accumulated by our front door when we came back after a night dinner. So a lot got in when we opened the door. Maybe attracted to the lights ?? Not the fault of the place, but just letting others know. I’d definitely recommend staying here and it was otherwise really pleasant .

This was a lovely room and stay. The only disappointment was being woken by the property manager who woke us up using electric hedger and blower outside our room at 7:30 in the morning.
