Very professional and high end hotel to stay in Tainan. I can't say it was conveniently located, but everything is farther away in Tainan. And easiest transportation is taxi anyway in this city. I judge a hotel by its bathrooms, and this hotel is emasculate with even rain fall shower! There's a small gym, swimming pool, and laundry on the roof all very well managed and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Tainan.

We stayed 2 nights and this was a great hotel. It had all the modern Western amenities that we looked for. We utilized the gym, restaurant, and heated pool. It was in a great location close to many of the activities we were interested in. There is a 7-11 less than 5 min walk and many restaurants and shopping nearby. We would stay here again!

We were immediately offered an upgrade to a family room when the aircon in the original double room couldn't be adjusted and was freezing cold at 21 degree. The reception staff (sorry, didn't get her name) even came up to accompany us to the new room. There are drinking water dispensers on every floor. The hotel is about 10-min walk from the Tainan mrt station and about 15-20 min to places of interests such as the famous 福记肉圆，Art Museum, Weather Centre etc.

overall it's good local hotel, but check out time at 11am, they are pushing very hard to ensure you check out on time 11am without one min delay. thats not something that we expected to have when paying in such level price. there would some where better you can look for in same area with better serivce.

Large room with separate bathing and toilet. Excellent concierge services. Unable to use the laundry and pool facilities because the pool closes at 9:30pm and everyone requires a swimming cap. ( you may need to shorten your tours within the city and return to hotel early enough in order to use this facility) Laundry also located on roof top next to swimming pool but closes at 10:30pm ( all laundry must be collected before 10:30pm and no access to laundry after 10:30pm which is also inconvenient for families who can not make it before the closing time. First time we encounter hotel has a laundry facility that closes. Most of them are available 24 hours and some even have capability to show which units are available and time left on the machine on the TV screen in your room.

As the property is still fairly new, the rooms are updated with wooden floors. I totally liked the rooms but not the very limited breakfast, including the omelet which had cold ingredients. So I ate my meals at other places outside the hotel
