Jeffrey is a terrific and thoughtful host, and this is a great property. Perfect location close to SU campus and downtown. House is cozy, well provisioned and has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully-decorated home close to SU athletic facility. It’s a clean, well-stocked rental with comfortable furnishings / king bed. Had trouble with heating the first night. The owner responded in the morning and switched off the programmed setting. We would stay here again when we come to visit family in the area.

Definitely 10/10. Not only was the home as it looked, it just felt light and fresh. But even better than that was the way the host made you feel welcomed with things like treats, a coffee bar and little stuff you might have forgotten. Being there just felt comfortable. The location was perfect and Jeffrey was very attentive and available if needed. Highly recommend!!!

We had such an enjoyable stay, visiting our son at SU so this was an ideal location not far from the school. We were welcomed with abundant amenities with easy check in/check out process. Would love to stay here again! Thank you to our host, Jeffrey!

My family had a very nice stay here. Clean, Comfortable & Safe.6 Stars for all the complimentary wine & water.6 Stars for the well stocked kitchen - I've traveled throughout and this home was way above average.I am 6'-2" so the shower was challenging (limited headroom, however the rest of the family had no issues. Rather small sink with limited counter space & limited drawers/counter space in the master bedroom - again this is a small but comfortable home. Communication with Jeffrey was spot on and more towels available than the nearest Marriott. Overall a gem of a place and highly recommend!

This is a terrific Syracuse property. Great location (5-7 minutes from SU campus and downtown locations), and very nice, well provisioned and well maintained house. Jeffrey is a great host—responsive and detail oriented. A nice visit and a very positive experience.

Excellent stay

Family really enjoyed the stay! The home is very clean a lot of detail is paid to amenities in the rooms and in the kitchen. The space is perfect for a family of 4 with two young children. The home is equipped with excellent AC and is very comfortable for hanging out in the living room and a spacious deck and backyard. Dinning space is lacking but we mostly ate breakfast in the home so stools and a tall table was fine. I will definitely be looking to book another stay on our annual visits to see clfamily in upstate.

Student moving to Syracuse

This was a GREAT home to stay at. It was close to Syracuse University and in a safe area of town. It was well-maintained and very secure. The owner stocked the bathroom with any supplies we may have forgotten. tons of linens, towels, laundry. My husband had to work part of the time and was very comfortable working at the desk provided. We played games at the fun bar table in the kitchen. Just a perfect home to rent for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Many thanks!

Baseball weekend

We loved our stay. The home was very clean lots of attention to details. We appreciated the stocked fridge with waters, popcorn treats, coffee bar, and wine!! The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with everything you need. We came here to see the Syracuse Mets. The stadium was very close. We had great food at Rise and Shine and at Dinosaur BBQ. There is a park walking distance from the home where we played on the playground and catch. Everything was perfect at the home and we look forward to coming back.

Lovely home! All the amenities one would ever need. Host was responsive and house was beautiful. Single woman traveler and felt perfectly safe! Walkable to South Campus and stadium for Syracuse parents! All in all a hidden gem!

A great property. I was there to attend a game at Syracuse University’s JMA Wireless Dome. It was a short walk through a safe and quiet neighborhood. Home was in excellent condition with multiple bedrooms upstairs and a comfortable couch on which I slept because the memory foam bed was too firm for me (I have had back issues for years.) I appreciated the complimentary popcorn and bottle of vino, both of which were quite good.

Adorable, comfortable stay

We have stayed in 3 different homes on visits to see our son at SU, and this one was the best. The house is cozy, well-appointed for comfort, and the location is great. Jeffrey was a responsive and gracious host, who provided unsolicited suggestions of local places to try, lots of welcome goodies and every toiletry one might need. We already have reservations to return in the Spring.

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for three days and loved it. The house is close to The Syracuse University campus, where we were attending events all weekend. The owner has stocked the bathroom with everything you might have forgotten from toothbrushes to deodorant. He also left snacks and wine in the kitchen. I’ll be staying here whenever I’m visiting Syracuse. Loved it.

10/10 Syracuse Experience

I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Syracuse. The neighborhood is nice, not too far from the University and Mets Stadium. Prime spot for a vacation. The home itself was fantastic! Very clean and comforting with a nice backyard. The Host Jeff was excellent and provided me and my friends with a great service. Thanks for an awesome trip!

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time. The price was upfront and worth the stay. We had an open line of communication with the owner at all times, which we really appreciated. The bathroom had anything any normal person would forget to pack i.e. makeup remover wipes to toothbrushes and combs. We appreciated that and thought was a nice touch. We will be back soon! Thank you!
