Getting Around: There is street parking out the front of the property limited to 1hr and 2 hr zones. Best bet for parking is to hire a GoGet vehicle that has designated spots out the front of the apartment.
Other Things to Note: All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The lift is getting repaired due to some water damage from all the rain - it's 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
