Waited over an hour to access the room due to all three lift outage and a dead room-lock battery. Despite requesting assistance, no one came to fix the issue in an hour. The room was not clean. There was an obvious stain on the bed sheet that appeared to be blood, and the shower floor was dirty. In one of the rooms, the air conditioner was not working. When I asked the front desk to fix it, the control panel was found coming off the wall with the wires not even connected, which explained why it was not functioning. The lift was also in very poor condition; at times it did not stop at the selected floor even though the floor indicator lit up after tapping the room key.

The Staff are what make this hotel stand out to me and my wife. The staff at this hotel care for their customers and are very alert to their customers every need. Case in point, our
Luggage was lost/delayed when we arrived in Sydney. We explained our situation to the hotel front staff and they were amazing. They went above and beyond what I would typically see and or expect from counter staff/management. They called multiple times, on their own time, the airport baggage company responsible for our luggage. If the staff saw my wife and I in the reception area they would always update us on the status of our luggage, good or bad. All of the staff we dealt with, both night staff and morning staff were amazing. Accor, your training/hiring of exceptional staff have won me over. I Highly recommend anyone stay at this fantastic service hotel!!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff all throughout the property.
I paid almost $400 per night. The room was worth half that. Really basic. Looking right into a gloomy carpark with scaffolding. Small shower with water fluctuating from cool to scalding and flooding the floor. Great bags of laundry and rubbish were still up and down the corridor at 5pm.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable! The bed was super comfy and i enjoyed all the amenities in the room. The feomt desk staff was also lovely and very accommodating. I hope to stay here again the next time I'm in Sydney!
