Everything is great apart from complimentary breakfast and advertised indoor pool. The so called continental breakfast is virtually just a selection of cereals with yoghurt, milk juices on the side. Apart from that you can help yourself to bread with pre packaged condiments such as honey jam or butter. That's literally it nothing else. No eggs, bacon, sausages or pastry nothing. The advertised indoor pool is actually an outdoor pool surrounded by gondola and walls. It's technically not even a pool but a hot spa. Otherwise everything else is amazing from the general look, cleanness, staff, rooms and parking.

Awesome stay! Impeccable cleanliness and comfort and super smooth check in/out process. The staff are awesome and make you feel welcome! Breakfast included was a nice touch and they have a super cool coffee machine (looveddd it). Easy ride to and from the city. Things to note as at June 2025: - There’s not yet an in house bar/restaurant and none very nearby, so keep in mind you may need to go out for this. - The room floors are hardwood and there are no room slippers so recommend bringing some as it can get quite cold. - It’s by a main road so if you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs! (I didn’t have this problem as it was otherwise really comfortable). Everything was amazing - including the gym and spa. :) Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay, bath was nice and deep, quality magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Really good kitchen area with all new appliances and very comfy bed with a variety of pillows. Easy access for driving, right on parramatta road, but great quiet side street entrance.

Very nice and modern feel to the rooms, stylish and spacious bathrooms. Deluxe king rooms have a desk and stylish chair. kitchenette comes with adequate plates and cutlery and modern mini fridge, microwave and kettle/coffee machine. breakfast included, spa is massive and relaxing. Cash bond can be left and taken the next morning. Staff is very helpful. Carpark is very new and spacious/secure even though i havnt used it.

I always stay here when visiting my family, my only disappointment was when I checked into my room there was left over food from previous guests, I asked at reception next morning fur cleaners to remove, that evening it was still there , asked again she apologised & said it would be removed today, it was still there when i returned. It wasn’t till the 3rd day that it was finally removed, not a big issue but should have been addressed. Staff were always lovely, I don’t know how they dealt with so many people at breakfast it looked like there was only 1 working, too much pressure.

I feel the price was reasonable on lastminute.com could be a bit cheaper. I feel $150-$200 would be ok for this property in its position. It has a very nice new feel to the place. A good stop over hotel on your trip heading through sydney. I liked the decor and vibe of the place, complementary breakfast is a good they include it in the price and extra value for the price. Staff was great. room was quite spacious and stylish. very close to woolworths if you need to get some food, kitchenette is quite adequate and pretty good for the price.
