I give SW a 5. However I hope you plan to get MORE luggage carts bc we had to wait too long for them. We just brought our luggage by hand. And when we left we had to wait a while. I understand you have your bellman to do that which is AMAZING! I don’t ask to take that away but atleast have some available for guests to use if bellman is busy taking others to their room. Aside from that I love the place! Our second time coming. My last small request is for the pool to hotter in winter/spring months. Especially when sun is coming down.

Our second time and still a wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway. Spacious room with comfy bed. New and nice hotel. And this time with shopping at Pocono Premium Outlet just 6mins away. We enjoyed the Hibachi dinner too! Will come back definitely and bringing again some friends❤️

Best hotel stay! Great decor, friendly staff, great amenities, towels and bedding smelled so fresh. I could sit and read the books there for hours and I was nvr hungry. Great food. Going back for sure! Guests were drunk and loud in lounge, smoking marijuana at the fire pit and there were glass alcohol bottles at the pool. Sad to see people treat such an amazing place like this.

Has potential but was very disappointing

Unfortunately my husband and I described our stay as a comedy of errors. The property has potential - but they were understaffed which really hurt the experience. Our room was not ready at check in. At breakfast, our food was cold. The coffee was cold. The waitress, Sierra, who was very nice by the way, advised she would get us coffee from the lobby- which is free but we were still charged $10 for coffee. The people next to us sent their food back and left. I would describe the property as family tolerant. That’s okay- they were clear about it on the website so we knew what the rules were. However, room service was limited to Hibachi- with a large majority being uncooked options, which our children won’t eat. The TV didn’t work due to a universal remote issue - but staff came up several times to reset it for us. Overall, the staff were very friendly. They seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, but you could tell they tried. I wouldn’t personally describe this as a luxury hotel, but everyone’s opinion is different on that. They try- but maybe too hard. For example, they clearly put scent in the air/air ducts, but it’s very strong - in a luxury hotel, it’s pleasant but it’s not overpowering. I wish this property the best. It has a lot of potential and I think it can be great. We won’t be returning, but hopefully others have a better experience

Stayed for one evening to celebrate my 10th anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated. The room and facilities were very clean. We ate at The Olivet for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious and the service was accomodating. Felt like we werent in Pennsylvania *lol*. The pool was heated to an optimal temperature, clean towels were provided. Overall a great hotel, definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay I picked the Swiftwater to stay for 4 days for my birthday which was April 22nd. Me and my fiance stayed from April 21st-April 25th, the staff there was so polite and courteous our room was amazing it was clean we had no issues what so ever. And the pool was amazing it was perfectly heated and check in and check out was a breeze I recommend this hotel. Thank you Swiftwater

Nice 1 night away

Nice property, Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I wish we knew that the other restaurant was closed Tuesday night. We didn't take advantage of Desaki next door because we were not in the mood for Sushi/Hibatchi. We ended up using Uber. Very close to Mt. Airy Casino

It's a nice property if you're looking for a calm and simple stay. Everything was clean, updated and modern. The vibe was very calm and relaxed. We didn't come in being noisy but we were warned to be quiet at check in, as well as to report anyone being noisy. I understand maintaining the vibe but when interacting with other guests you could tell everyone was fearful to have any level of volume even in common areas. A few people we interacted with even joked that they were trying to be quiet so they didn't get in trouble. So while the vibe is quiet and relaxing you could tell people were fearful. The hotel lacks common areas besides the small lobby and outdoor space around the pool. The restaurant and bar are small and close early. There are signs everywhere forbidding outside food and drink but with very limited options within the facility that seemed to be a bit much and inconvenient. It's a nice hotel but I wouldn't stay again just because it felt so forced with the noise and food and drink restrictions.

Had to change rooms because the first one had dirty towels on the sink when I first walked in. The bed had stains and the room was overall so dirty. I have vip access and received nothing from them. Never coming here again

This was a really nice hotel with, EXCELLENT service. My husband and I stayed a few days during the spring and we were not disapointed. We also visited the restaurant the Olivet, and the food was really good. I would highly recommend!!

The Swiftwater is nicely decorated as are the guest rooms. Great location. Staff very attentive upon arrival but less so during stay. We had issues with our key, safe and room cleaning. Concierge very hard to talk to, always on phone or with someone. The pool and gym are very nice and we very much appreciated the nice anniversary gift they left for us. No closet in our room and you get the cooking odors from the restaurant below. Great time but were al little underwhelmed.

Overall, the property was very beautiful, but the dining was limited. There was a fine dining option in the hotel, but it was closed, along with the bar, on Tuesday nights. They have a hibachi restaurant located next door, but it was very expensive and the food was just okay. Other than that, the dining options were not very great in the area.
