A lovely family run business,I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much for the hosts. They went above and beyond. Lovely room ,bathroom with very nice shower gel,shampoo and cream. Everywhere was extremely clean and the breakfast was cooked fresh and arrived quickly.Only a few minute walk to beach. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

Lovely mini-break

Perfect base from which to explore Swanage and the surrounding area. Two-minute walk to the beach, and a short stroll along the seafront to the shops etc. Alan is a very friendly host, our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Fine Festive break.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable 2-night stay at the Rookery just before Christmas. Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Great Christmas decorations throughout. Alan was very helpful with information and knowledge to enhance our stay. Look forward to returning.

Amazing B&B in Swanage

The Rookery was the best B&B we have stayed in anywhere in the UK. Our room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were cooked perfectly with a wide range of choice. Our hosts, Alan and Charlene were very friendly and really made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay with them again.
