Not a bad hotel ...

The hotel is centrally located and minutes from eateries and shopping, the staff were very freindly and they tried their best to keep the room clean. The only disappointment was that the room was much smaller than I had anticipated and with no storage facilities for larger bags so we had to leave from the bag on the floor. The hotel should also consider keeping enough food for 'free breakfast' as we did not get anything after 9:30am because the basic items on the menu had run out. We bought our own from restaurants nearby for 4 of the 6 nights.

It looked like the entire staffs needed money to smile. My room was not serviced and when questioned they said that some of the cleaners didn’t come to work. The lady in bar didn’t give me my change.. I had to chase for it after finishing my drink. I think their Suva branch needs a shake up.. I am sorry I can’t give any positive comments.
