The location was fantastic. One block from the Maroochydore Surf Club and the Cotton Tree shopping / cafe precinct. This apartment is on the top floor of this building with great views and close enough to still hear the waves breaking onto the beach.

Awesome view of beach, very well equipped, newly renovated apartment, pool nice and warm. Andrea was very helpful and welcoming. Great location too. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again when up there.

Wonderful!

Beautiful room in small complex. Managers Brett and Andrea were so lovely and friendly. Situated in an ideal position in Cotton Tree close to shops and transport. Parking was a breeze as well!

Great pool and location

Was great with young children. Just a shame they were getting anew bathroom down stairs, power tools were noisy but we were pre warned. Unit facilities were great for our needs.

This was a great unit, close to the beach and easy to live in. We overlooked the pool, too. The only bad thing was that the bedrooms only had fans and were terribly hot. It was a heat wave too though. The value for money was amazing , having said that. The unit was spacious.
