Arrived late Amazingly efficient and relaxed at check in. Could not help me enough Room spacious but a bit tired Comfortable bed Basic mini bar Good service Good car parking Central to all of Noosa and Hastings Street
The room with two double beds was spacious for a long weekend for 4. The pool was heated and the pool bar a winner with the kids and their dad. Service was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average. Yes there was an egg chef but fruit, pastries etc very average (ie tin pineapple rings).
My wife and I stayed for a 3 night long weekend, been here many times before it's home away from home for us both. Rooms and hotel excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay more pleasurable.
Fantastic hotel, comfort, staff members and surrounds. Very large rooms and well equipped with small kitchen. Restaurant is well worth a visit 'Noosa Beach House' - excellent food and service. Can highly recommend Sofitel Noosa.
The hotel is situated in an ideal location, walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, cafe's, the beach and other amenities. The staff are helpful. Concierge assisted me organise a shuttle bus to Brisbane airport. The pool is fantastic, modern and comfortable beds, the pool bar is served wonderful cocktails and food is available too. I was very surprised with the gym, the gym equipment was really good, top of the range. The rooms are clean, bathroom spacious with good lighting, tea/coffee making facilities available, the beds were comfortable, housekeeping staff were friendly. Would highly recommend the hotel.
From reception, to food offerings, the pool bar, the location was awesome. Very helpful staff, over and above expectations. Breakfast was in a delightful position with huge range - fresh omelettes and great, real coffee. The SPA experience had my partner in raptures. Out of breakfast and the amazing beach was 40 m away. Easy parking under the Sofitel, shops and a wide range of great restaurant in the same front street. Wonderful weather in June and overall a truly exceptional experience.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Signature Suite room at check in and this certainly helped our stay in Noosa. The suite was quite a large room with two toilets and a large balcony that soaked up the sun and had a magnificent view across Hastings St out to the ocean. Jasmine at reception was super welcoming. The pool area was great too! Only small gripe was the inconsistency with the daily room servicing. Other than that, was a great stay and we'll certainly be back here.
From the Concerege to the checkout this was a memorable experience. Friendly helpful staff, clean, beautifully appointed room and lovely comfy bed, it was a night to remember. Sadly I was on my own meeting other friends who appreciated the room for an aperitif. They were at another hotel down the street. The bathroom was immaculate with luxury shower gels and creams plus thick and thirsty white bath towels to wrap in. I have stayed in top hotels worldwide and this would top my list.
We stayed here over Easter 2017 in interconnecting rooms. The event refurb is simple and clean. I do not like staying on the beach front as I feel many of the accommodation options lack privacy. The Sofitel offers great privacy and security. The kids loved the swim up bar for slushing in the afternoon on the way home from the beach. The Restaurant out the front of the hotel was amazing.
The staff service is excellent. The rooms are big. They discriminate guests into those who book direct and those who book through a booking site in that you don't get the same service. Pretty poor. If you stay in an adjoining room, you can hear the guests in the room next door talking. Not as flashy as other Sofitels.
