The room and staff were great but the accessibility to the room left a lot to be desired we had a superior room with kitchen facilities but taking luggage and anything else up 48 steps from the garage was quite a strain for 4 -70 year olds , knew they didn't have a lift but would have reconsidered staying there if we knew how had it would be beforehand

The unit was well equipped, and the location of the property allowed us to walk to venues that we wanted to visit. The green areas and the pool were very much appreciated during this spell of hot weather.

Impressive! 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious, clean and full of useful and well-thought amenity. Things like footstools, 3set sidetables, laundry drying racks, fully stocked kitchen and laundry, bookshelf with a selection of books and boardgames. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Clean pool.

This was a greay property. Parking was difficult at times as with a luggage pod on our car roof we were unable to fit in the undercover parking. Very spacious and close to everything.

This unit was spacious and in a good location. The pool area was nice and the games room was also a welcome addition. However it was very dirty. The shower had mould, there were dead cockroaches in 2 rooms upon arrival, the blankets in the cupboards were very dusty, the walls were dirty, the kitchen was dirty. The doors were difficult to open and close due to hitting the door jam, the blind in the kitchen did not open.

There is major building construction being conducted in close vicinity of apartments, therefore noise is a problem during the day. Location is close to major shopping centre and in good weather is walkable. Would recommend once construction completed.

Accessible room

A shower chair could not get into the roll in shower due to the raised entrance and the narrow door on the shower. The chair that was in the shower wasnt practical as the taps were behind and the shower head was up high. Shower might be ok for ambient. Car park was not accessible as there was a small very steep ramp but there was always a car parked next to the ramp. All rooms were big but had to move bed so wheel chair could access toilet. Cups in high cupboards in kitchen. Rooms were clean
