The unit was clean when we showed up and is on the second floor. It is on a golf course so you're literally minutes away from playing 18. The unit is within walking distance to a nice pool, hot tub and tennis Court. We were able to drive to the beach within 15 minutes and enjoy the surf as well. The enclosed deck was awesome and we weren't dealing with bugs. Having coffee and watching the pond with a gator was pretty fun. Overall very pleased with this unit and location.
