We've stayed at other properties within King's Trail. The space was open and inviting, spacious, clean, and check-in was simple. My issue is this...The check-in and check-out time from the realtor via text was different from the website's listing (later check-in and earlier check out). Further, though I received a text reminder to be out of the place by 9am, sharp, we received our check-out instructions through email. However, I never received it until after we arrived back home. I suppose it was assumed that people on a weekend getaway check their email, but we don't. The missed email provided check out instructions for the door code, along with a host of cleaning instructions. If we were supposed to do so many tasks that we perceived to be part of the cleaning crew's job, why did we need to be checked-out promptly at 9AM? Though this was a very nice property, I may choose not to do business with this realtor in the future.

It was a pleasant stay great location. Short ride to restaurants and the beach. The realty we booked through only offered us limited towels and when asked for additional towels we were told we could use a washer and dryer.
