We stay at this hotel every year when we visit our family. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast buffet is generous. I would like to see more plant based food options. Like many businesses in Ohio, they are experiencing staff shortages for cleaning rooms but you can easily request fresh towels. We will continue to stay here.

This is a great location, easy on off access to a main highway. Kids loved the pool and the small workout area. The breakfast they offer is wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable (temperature.) Thank you to the cleaning staff for refilling our towels! It was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Bed Was not comfortable at all. Not what we are used to with this hotel chain. Broken fixtures in the room. Mirror had a big chunk missing, wood above the window was pulled away and looked like it could fall at anytime, outlets under tv were pushed into the wall and the cover was just kinda set in front of it(it fell off), Broken floor tile. Very disappointing! And at over $200 a night I expected more from this hotel. We could have stayed at a hotel right by this one for less money but chose this because of past experience.

Our stay was started very well. After 2 hours of resting my 84 year old husband had a bad fall from the very slippery bathtub due it had no safety strips in the tub. His accident was so bad I hd to take him to the nearest urgent care. We made and incident report due the severity of his injury and neglect of the hotel for have such a slippery tub. Another, thing we were not able to take showers for our whole stay there due the unsafe bath/shower combination. This trip was not good.
