The Space
Step inside to a bright, spacious, and comfortable home designed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. With two separate living areas, your group can gather together while still having space to unwind after a day of adventure. The open living and dining areas create an easygoing atmosphere for family meals, movie nights, and evenings spent planning the next day's Keys adventure. The dining table comfortably seats six.
Kitchen & Coffee
The well-equipped gourmet kitchen makes cooking and entertaining easy and features stainless steel appliances, a large center island, plenty of counter and prep space, cookware and essentials for preparing meals at home, and a Keurig and drip coffee maker so everyone can enjoy their favorite morning brew. Whether you're preparing the day's fresh catch or enjoying a relaxed breakfast before heading out on the water, the kitchen provides everything you need.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Diver's Den offers four bedrooms, giving guests comfortable and private spaces to recharge after a full day in the Florida Keys.
Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, peaceful salt pond views, and a private ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and walk-in shower.

Waterfront Living & Private Dockage
Boaters and anglers will love having the water right outside the door. The home offers dockage for boats up to 27 feet with approximately a 3-foot draft, along with a convenient fish cleaning station for preparing the day's catch. From here, you'll have convenient access to the surrounding waters of the Lower Keys and adventures at Looe Key Reef, one of the area's premier destinations for diving and snorkeling. Please note: The boat lift is not available for guest use, but dockage is available for a boat up to 27 feet.
Outdoor Living
After a day of fishing, snorkeling, diving, or exploring the Keys, come home and relax in the spacious shaded outdoor entertainment area. The home accommodates up to 2 vehicles and 1 trailer. If you require additional parking, please contact us prior to arrival so we can determine whether additional vehicles can be accommodated.
Pet-Friendly
Diver's Den welcomes one small dog under 40 lbs. with a $250 pet fee. Please notify us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a pet.
Important Rental Information
This property requires a 28-night minimum stay in accordance with county ordinance. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 guests, and all guests must be registered with the Rental Manager. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. No smoking is permitted. Utilities are included within reason. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. A security camera is located at the front of the home facing the street.
Reservation & Payment Information
All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager. Online bookings are accepted with Rental Manager approval within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager before the reservation is considered confirmed. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.
