The house was perfect for our weekend stay with family. It was close to so many activites which made traveling a breeze. Dog Town was absolutely adorable! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room

Wonderful Stay in Door County

Had a wonderful stay with Steve and Jessica. Cabin was clean, listing accurate, and worked very well for our party of 6. Location worked wonderful - very easy to access all of door county within 30ish minutes. Steve and Jessica very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Everything was better than we could have imagined. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and was in close driving distance to so many of the things we wanted to see and do. We loved the house and our stay in Door County! Thank you so much. We can’t wait to come back.

Good Folk House was an absolutely wonderful stay. It was very comfortable and lacked for nothing. My sister and I stayed here for just over a week. It is nestled in the woods and made for a quiet and peaceful retreat. Our hosts responded to any questions in good time. They care for their property and ensure their guests enjoy a carefree vacation experience. We won’t hesitate to look them up the next time we visit Door County. Thank you Steve and Jessica!

Great location. Right down from the beach and downtown Jacksonport. Love the bikes they have to ride into town and enjoy the restaurants and beach. Home was nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking item you could need. The flattop grill outside was a welcomed surprise. Great wooded backyard for campfires. Beds were comfortable and a nice sized shower after a day at the beach. Great porch to enjoy. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Door County Stay

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable, well appointed cottage in a great location to see all the sites in Door County. Very quiet area, owners are super responsive. Large kitchen and dining area plus outdoor griddle make meals a snap. They've really thought of everything, they even have a few bikes to borrow on site. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. This place is perfect. Bigger and nicer than the pictures online. Close to beach and cave point. Easy drive to all the cute towns. In a wooded area so if you like to sit outside bring bug spray for the evenings. Around the corner from a tiny 150 year old Methodist church that was so charming and had a beautiful Sunday service, welcoming to all guests. Kayak trip was well worth it. We also hirsebacked, wine tasting, shopping Washington Island Ferry (lavender farm, schoolhouse beach and Viking Chapel), Sturgeon Bay Lighthouse walk, shops, beach and cave point for jumping and rock climbing.

Peaceful Retreat in a Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay at the Good Folk House! The home was beautifully furnished, spotless, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—and more. The location couldn’t have been better for exploring the peninsula. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect sense of peace and privacy. Just a short walk down the road brought us to the shoreline, where we enjoyed stunning views and the soothing sound of the waves. We've stayed in several VRBO's in Door County and this one is now a favorite! Thank you, Steve and Jessica, for sharing your lovely home with us. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Cozy cottage in Door County

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Door County! The location is unbeatable, providing easy access to all the local attractions. The home is nicely appointed with modern appliances, making our stay very comfortable. Everything was well labeled and meticulously maintained, ensuring we had no trouble finding what we needed. The property was clean and featured an open-air concept, which we loved. Highly recommended!
