The refrigerator still had food in it, something on all surfaces of tables and tv stand that i scraped off some with my finger nail, hair still in the tub, stuff all over the floor.

Spent 3 nights at the Maritime Best Western. The hotel is clean, service was great, but both queen beds were absolutely awful, worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Same for the king bed room another family member had rented. I would not stay there again only because of that reason.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and easy to talk too. They helped with suggestions as to where to eat. Very enjoyable. It was nice having a good breakfast to start out the day too.

Hot tub and pool not working which was one of the reasons we booked our stay there. Should of been notified prior to arrival that they were not available

Reserved a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. When we arrived we could not get a suite wasn't one available. Service desk lady said when you reserve online your type of room is not guaranteed. What the hell do you make a reservation for??. Very disappointed!!!!
