This house was exactly what my family needed. The kids loved the upstairs game room and the little one LOVED the Secret Hideaway. To be able to just walk out back and fish was so nice for the ones who love to fish. The house was exactly what our big group needed. It was very family friendly as the family room/kitchen is an open concept. We were able to all be in there and not feel crowded and still be able to visit. The hosts were very prompt in answering any questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us!!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Comfortable bedrooms, fun and interesting decor throughout the house, stocked with plenty of the things you need (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows…). The view was great and house is privately located so there’s plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy the surroundings. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had and very helpful/friendly. There were tv’s in every room which our kids thought was pretty cool. There was also a “secret room” for the kids under the stairs that they loved. We felt very welcome and appreciated the preparations made by the host. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again!

THE PERFECT RENTAL FOR A LAKE GETAWAY! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Paradise Cove. It is beautiful lake house that is very uniquely decorated. No one could decide which room they wanted to stay in! We loved that every room had oversized beds & a bathroom. There was plenty of space for everyone. When we weren't swimming in the lake, we enjoyed cooking in the spacious & well-stocked kitchen, hanging out on the patio catching gorgeous views of the lake & the kids enjoyed the mini game room with an arcade upstairs! The homeowners were always on-point checking in with us throughout our stay & replying promptly to messages. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on Richland Chambers Lake!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful home over the weekend. We had two families with kids ranging in age from one to nine. This place has so much space and such a unique floor plan, you just have to see it for yourself! We enjoyed the eclectic decor, and all the different rooms. It was so convenient that every single room had its own full bathroom. The kids absolutely loved the upstairs game room! The AC was ice cold and the beds were comfortable. Even though the house is so large, it somehow still felt very cozy. The couch was so inviting, and we spent a lot of time sitting around the living room talking, playing games and looking out at the gorgeous views! The neighbors on both sides are so far from the house, we felt like we were out all by ourselves! The Harbor restaurant was absolutely fabulous. Such great place in the middle of this awesome lake. It was just a short boat ride from the house. We ate there each night and loved every bite. I would highly recommend staying here. Joey was so kind and extremely fast to respond to any questions I had. We can’t wait to go back!

Family 4th at “Last Chance”

We had our family reunion for the July 4th weekend and had such an amazing stay at “Last Chance at Paradise Cove” on Richland Chambers Lake. This is a wonderful home with amazing views of Richland Chambers Lake. Our college age kids loved the cool lake theme decorations, especially the vintage water skis. Bring your own boat and put it in the lake using the private boat ramp and you can even park your boat on the small beach behind the house. The back porch is amazing and sunsets here are just the best !

Great, unique house, so enjoyable!!

Our family of 13 stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. There was SO much room for college kids/teens to stake their claim. The arcade/game room was a huge hit….we hardly saw the grandkids, except at mealtime! Each room has its own theme, so special!! To be right on the lakeside was so beautiful!! I am so glad we chose this property!

Amazing Place

A really great place to spend time with friends and family. Great fishing all around and even from the back yard! Nice big comfy couch for mid day naps, and fast WiFi. Has a perfect view of the sunset over the lake. We were able to use the boat ramp to launch/ load 4 boats. It’s steep, but the concrete is “grippy” and we had no issues with it just take your time. The house is stocked with board games, and the game room was a huge hit with our group. THE HOST !!! Was absolutely great and fast with responses. I really can’t say enough great things about the place.
