Very good simple hotel. Staff very friendly and the room is very comfortable. Large flat screen and great cable to watch while on a very comfortable bed.

I always choice this hotel when in Mexia. Great price, great service.

very friendly !! and pet friendly !! I will come back !

The room was ready, They were waiting for me to arrive. The breakfast was excellent. The room was well kept and the Television had a choice of channels

Quick reservation/check-in process. I had to stay the night as the driving conditions have gone treacherous. The night manager was gracious and accommodating despite it approaching midnight. The room is comfortable and clean and got a good night's sleep. The full, hot breakfast got me started right that morning. Great staff that take pride of their hotel!

Had a comfortable night layover with the frightful weather outside. The amenities for the price are very reasonable and the friendly staff made check-in and checkout a breeze!

Very clean hotel, friendly service and great value! Relaxing respite on business trips!

We stayed here for a couple of nights during Texas A&M Parents Weekend and the hotel lived up to our expectations. The staff was courteous and friendly and the room was clean and quiet, even though we were near the elevator. Our average size room on the first floor had a 10-foot ceiling, and that made a huge difference in feel; it felt much more spacious and roomy. The hotel setting is nothing special, as the professional photos may have lead our expectations otherwise. I wish it was slightly closer to Texas A&M University. The drive, mostly on the huge highway 6, is nice but is about 90 minutes. I would stay here again as a staging point for another visit to the university if the price is right.

Good accomadations for business travel. Stores, gas nearby. adequate fitness room to dosome exercise, very clean, very friendly and great breakfast

Check in was good until they told me that there were TWO rooms instead of one non-smoking double room that I requested. then they told me that I asked for a Smoking Room....we had reserved one room for three days...so the staff then found me a non-smoking double but told me that we had to check completely out of the room the next morning and take all of our luggage with up and come back to the hotel that night to check in again in another room. This time the staff did take care of us by putting us in a Suite with a king bed and a fold out couch. This was good until my son got ready for bed and there were no sheets in the room for his bed. back I go to the front desk for sheets, blankets and a pillow. also had to make another trip to the front desk for the little bag for the ice bucket which the housekeeping staff did not supply us with. I guess the staff did the best they could and they did find us non-smoking rooms...but it was a hassle checking in and out and having to carry everything twice. A new Holiday Inn Express is up the road about a mile. check in next year to see that review.
