I like that the hostel is very close to the German border. If you walk for 10 minutes, you are in another country! The location is safe, but I'd be weary if walking at night; it's a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, and some portions of the street are not well-lit. The staff are friendly, except for the man who tends to the food area in the morning. The closest grocery is a 15 minute walk close to the train station.

The hostel was a dump. Furniture and decor from the 90s, the room was very bare and smelled of cigarettes. Beds were not comfortable at all. Shower room tiles were discoloured green, which the recptionist explained wasn't mould but i wasn't convinced. Buffet breakfast was pretty unhealthy and not much. Bread bun and pain au chocolat was limited to one per person. Would definitely not recommend for families, eventhough it was relatively cheap.

The hostel was excellent but my experience was less than fine. They paired me up with an elderly man who smoked in the room in the middle of the night while I was trying to sleep. He would talk in his sleep, snored loudly, and never showered, making the entire dorm stink. After that experience, I was convinced never to stay in a hostel that does not separate people based on age.

Just okay to stay for 1 night.

I am a positive one and I really feel a bit sorry for leaving a negative review. The broken tiles on the floor in the room, the toilet flush was also broken that I have to fix every time my family use it. And also no towels... The light and the whole room is just less than average. Overall, I would rate it 2/5. I mean, I don't hold anything personal against it, there is still room for improvement and maybe at another time it will be better.

Öncelikle personeller çok nazikti. ben 4 kişilik odada 2 kişi kaldım. etrafta ses ya da koku yoktu ve odalar soğuk değildi. çarşaflar temizdi çünkü kendimiz çıkarken kirli sepetime atıyoruz yani herkesten sonra yıkanıyor demek ki. tuvalet temizdi ve pete vardı ama sabun yoktu. duş ben almadım, çok küçük ve konforsuz. bence bir gece için çok ideal. ben sabah erkenden çıktım ama kahvaltı isteyene ço7 euro karşılıpında kahvaltı da cardı

Première expérience à Strasbourg Première expérience en auberge de jeunesse Vraiment pas déçue de cet établissement, accueil au top, gentillesse absolue Douche en dehors des chambres très spacieuses et très propres On se sent en sécurité ici et c’est aussi ce qu’on attend lorsque l’on voyage seule. Seul bémol, l’environnement autour de l’auberge, zone pas très sûre, un peu anxiogène en étant une femme seule… Je n’ai rien à redire et vous remercie infiniment
