Took my boyfriend on a surprise trip for his birthday. It was absolutely perfect. The room was so nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only thing is I would’ve brought my own pillows, but that’s just me. The proper is amazing and so cute fireplace pool little bridge dog area. It’s amazing. I highly recommend.

Best Dog (and Owner) Hotel We've Ever Found

What a wonderful surprise to find a pet-friendly hotel that is also truly guest-friendly! This hotel is is a jewel for the price, in a beautiful location, and incredibly clean and comfortable. And pet-friendly is really is -- they gave our pup a treat upon arrival and had a clean dog blanket in the room for him. Best of all, there is a well-maintained, large and lovely dog play area with lots of room to run and dog bags and waste can ready for use. Walking over the pretty covered bridge right behind the hotel was like immediately going to a nature reserve. And our room was clean, comfortable and did not feel like the worn and torn pet rooms one usually gets at hotels. Really great stay!

The highlight of our stay was how lovely and friendly all the staff were. Air con units very noisy & kept me awake. We turned ours off but then could hear other rooms. Decor is a little dated but completely clean and comfortable. Pool was a lovely addition. Breakfast was nice! Location was good.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times because we love the facility, the staff and all the amenities. We booked the executive king suite and it was spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and inviting with 3 TV's, 2 fireplaces, and lovely sitting areas and views. The bathroom was a dream. The luxury of soaking in a beautiful big bathtub while watching TV was great. The staff is professional and courteous. They also provide a very nice breakfast. This is by far my favorite hotel!

Stopped in for the evening on a weekend trip with my husband. Room was quite expensive at 233.00. For the night. Walked in the room. Was clean but room had an odor. Was lucky enough to be able to open up windows to allow fresh air in the room. It seemed to be from the carpets. Beds were kind of old and lumpy. Just felt like i was charged more than the room was worth for less than 24 hrs. Hotels should clean carpets in rooms at least every 6 months maybe more. Im a professional cleaner,and have to say the staff does a fairly good job keeping this facility clean.

Great hotel! Looks bigger from the inside even. Nice clean facility. Expedia doesn't send your info to the hotel so beware it is worth calling ahead. Very quiet inside and friendly helpful staff who seem to enjoy their jobs. Pet friendly was a great bonus!! We will come again for sure. My only complaint was being locked out of our room due to the pet fee not working but we were staying another few nights. Had to sit on the floor with my dog and our dinner for 30 minutes and wait which was not ideal while the guy was vaccuming the floor.
